About Me
Growing up between Santa Barbara and Ontario, Canada, I developed an appreciation for different perspectives and ways of living early on. I've followed many passions, worked many jobs, and pursued opportunities to travel the world.
After working as an Activities Director for an Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Community and witnessing the depth of grief, I became curious about the human experience. I left the country in search of meaning and purpose — which eventually led me to pursue my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University.
Today, I have the honor of working in private practice as a somatic therapist in Santa Barbara, supporting adults and couples as they explore how their thoughts and emotions are held in the body and impact their lives.
